AofE Returns and Exachanges

At The Art of Etiquette we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. 

The following rules apply:

  • Exchanges and Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. 
  • Returned/exchanged merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Personalized/monogrammed items, items marked as final sale, free gifts or promotional items with retail value cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • AofE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. 
  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

MANAGING A RETURN (No Exchange)
If you would like to return an item without an exchange, please contact us at support@theartofetiquette.com with the Order Number and the reason for the return.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing / refunding your return. 

MANAGING AN EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange your original item for another product, please contact us at support@theartofetiquette.com.

Please provide the reason for the exchange along with which replacement item you wish in its place. We are happy to sort the details.
